1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Spain, provided the address is accepted during the purchase process.
2. How long does order preparation take?
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
3. How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery generally takes between 3 and 7 business days.
The total estimated time is 4 to 10 business days.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than €300.
For orders under €300, shipping costs €29.
5. Which carriers do you use?
We may use Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, UPS or other equivalent carriers.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Where permitted by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payments are managed by J-Pay.
8. Can I return a product?
Yes. As a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
9. Who pays for the return cost?
The direct costs of return are borne by the customer, except for defective or non-conforming products, Seller's error, or situations covered by the legal warranty.
10. How much does it cost to return bulky furniture?
The cost depends on the carrier's quote, weight, volume, collection address, return address, and access conditions.
The customer can arrange return transport or request assistance in obtaining a quote.
11. When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.
In the sale of goods, the refund may be withheld until the product is received or until the customer provides proof of return.
12. What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
